He fixed a leaky valve on my tire that was making my tire go low every four days. The price was totally fair. I walked away happy. I will definitely use them again for future tire needs.

I brought my vehicle to Paulin’s Tire and Auto in South Portland for an oil change and a tire repair. The service was quick, professional, and done right. The staff were straightforward about what needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary, which I appreciate. They took care of the oil change promptly and repaired the tire without any hassle. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair. It’s clear these folks know what they’re doing and take pride in honest service. If you’re looking for a dependable local shop for routine maintenance or tire work, Paulin’s Tire and Auto is a solid choice. I’ll be back the next time I need service.

On New Years Eve I found my car with a flat tire. Immediately, I called Paulin & they were happy to let us drop off the car, unexpectedly! My husband was able to inflate the tire at home just enough to drive it to Paulin and within a few hours (on New Years Eve, no less) they’d discovered a nail in the tire and patched it, at a more than fair price! I was so grateful for their accommodation of a last minute appointment & their speedy, friendly service. Thank you!

I used to go to this garage. USED TO. They seem to be nice and know what they are talking about, they even helped me out of a jam with a flat tire. BUT when I had my headlights "Buffed out" their tech splattered the buffer all over my engine! They "forgot" to add oil once, when I got an oil change. Lastly, my heater had stopped working. I went and they "Flushed" the coolant several times($300 worth of flushing). Still no heat. Then they said, "oh must be a blend door, we can do that! It will be a days work." 8 business days later, (not counting the weekend so 10 days). My car is ready...They scratched my dashboard(which was pristine) all to hell, broke the gear shift panel, and NO HEAT! Then they actually tried to charge me for it!(The refunded me when I demanded it). I asked to speak to the owner multiple times and they kept pawning me off to a manager. They promised they were going to replace the damage they had caused to my vehicle, I even brought it back so they could take pictures. I never heard from them again. I have never been so enraged in my entire life.
